*Marketing plans typically consist of a marketing flyer, onsite signage, local and national online database listings, property details on Cornerstone’s website, onsite broker luncheon and incentives (when appropriate), mass email and direct mail programs. We will knock on doors and make cold calls in a proactive, not reactive, approach to marketing and provide the owner with a detailed report of our activity on a monthly basis.
